AIRLINE INSURANCE PROCEDURES
Make sure you check your Nippon Suitcase which you have received at the destination of the relevant airport. If the product was damaged during transportation, it must be determined by the relevant airline company and damage report must be prepared.
Application should be made to Pürsan Pigment Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. inspect the damaged product and the damage report prepared in the airlines and submits the non-repairable luggage report and the letter indicating the current retail price of the product to the customer if it is not possible to be repaired, ar prepares the letter indicating the repair price and submits it to the customer if it Is possible to be repaired.
The customer must apply to the relevant insurance companiy the compensation of the damage together with his official letter.
Without the above mentioned damage report, it is not possible for Pürsan Pigment Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Customer Services to prepare an official letter containing price. The application must be made to the relevant airline personally.
