USER GUIDE FOR THE SUITCASE AND ACCESSORIES

Clean the product with a damp cloth. Do not use chemicals such as acetone, gasoline, alcohol, etc.

Avoid your product from getting wet. However, if the product gets wet do not put it on head radiating equipment.

Do not expose the product to direct sunlight. Make sure that the environment where you store your suitcase and travel accessories when not used, is not humid.

Never use an external lubricant on the wheels, lock and pulling mechanism of your suitcase. This may damage the product and your stuff.

Your product does not have an extra lock if it incorporates a TSA locking system. The keys of the locking system on the suitcase are available in all the airports and Customs Enforcement Officers worldwide. Airport security offices are authorised to break and inspect the suitcases which do not have TSA locking system and required to be inspected in case their locks are not opened.

The suitcases with TSA locking system are opened with such keys at control points and your product does not get harmed.

Avoid contacting your suitcase with dye bleeding products. Your product may lose its original colour.

You can get information from our sales points for the authorized service points. Your damaged products will be excluded form the warranty if repaired outside the authorized service.

You should keep your liquid stuff such as perfumes, shampoos, cosmetics, etc. inside zip lock bags since your product may be damaged in case of spillage.

It is recommended to remove the labels attached on your suitcase during your travels as soon as possible. The unremoved tags may cause the flight information of your next travel to be mistaken, and the tags removed after a long time may damage your product and leave residues.

Avoid overloading your product in order to use the zippers of your suitcases for a long time without any problem.

The locks prevent accidental opening of the product but do not prevent theft or loss contents.

As per the VAT General Communiqué No. 54 and the Customer Protection Law No. 4077, the products shall not be replaced or accepted as returns if their bills, case register receipt or gift card are not submitted. According to the Consumer Law No. 4077, refund or replacement of goods is only mandatory for defective products. The replacement or return period of the product is 30 days as of the invoice date and used products will not be replaced or returned. Our company will not be responsible for any complaints arising out of the above mentioned issues.
