This suitcase has a 2-years warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product within the period specified in the warranty card.

The warranty does not cover the damages occur as a result of unusual handling of the products, lack of maintenance, accident, wear, exposing the product to excessive head/cold, solvents, acids and water, natural wear, tear and inappropriate handling of the travel companies.

Maintenance/repair or improper/incorrect repair of the product outside the Authorized Service Department of Pürsan Pigment Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. will void the warranty. In the order to use the service right arising from the international warranty, the warranty card must be properly filled and the original invoice must be available.

If it is not possible to repair the products purchased from abroad, the replacement amount is refunded to the customer in case of replacement decision is made about the product. However, this amount is limited to the paid invoice value of the product. If the product that is decided to be replaced is not produced anymore, product replacement of refund can be made over the invoice amount.

Pürsan Pigment Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is not responsible for the products that have been repaired and not received within two (2) months.
